The staff were fantastic! We stayed in a Double Room with Private Bathroom, and the hot shower was perfect after exploring. The breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy to start our days right.

The first floor's proximity to the lobby means constant noise!!! The lack of wifi on the terrace is quite disappointing!!! A bit frustrating that kitchen access for special diets is denied!!!

Staying at Bon Repos Boutique was quite enjoyable. The clean facilities made a great first impression. I appreciated the great view of Santa Catalina monastery from my room. Breakfast on the upper terrace was great with beautiful views and delicious options. I experienced a bit of noise during the night from the street, which could be a downside for light sleepers. It's frustrating that kitchen access for special diets isn't allowed, especially since I had a gluten-free request and couldn't prepare a quick meal. The staff were very kind and accommodating with my other needs.

The homemade pizza at Da Giancarlo was out of this world! The clean and new facilities added to the overall experience.

And the bed was a little too hard for my taste.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas. Noise from the street can be disruptive at night.

Had a fantastic stay! The rooftop breakfast overlooking Misti was an unforgettable experience, and they packed us snacks for our early tours. The vegetarian options were limited, though.

Best aspects were the fine rooftop terrace where we had our breakfast, the bright and comfortable rooms, and the friendly staff. The breakfast offered good quality ingredients, and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the nearby monastery and mountain. The beds were comfy, and there was always ample hot water.

For my family and I, finding the perfect hotel is a challenge, but this one exceeded our expectations! the rooftop breakfast was the highlight, providing a stunning view of the city. Our rooms were bright and comfortable with ample hot water. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The front door being locked was inconvenient when we had to leave and return to the hotel frequently.

The views during breakfast were superb with a beautiful backdrop of a famous fortress. the quality ingredients of the food were notable. Bed linen were comfortable and rooms were illuminated with natural light.

The staff response was intolerable, particularly when it came to requests. One server did not fulfill a juice request even though another table did not take their order.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and we enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop terrace with splendid views of the mountains. The basic breakfast consisted of quality ingredients, which was a great start to our day. The location of the hotel is also ideal, providing ample natural light in the rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the hot water was ample.

The staff was not always attentive, and we did not appreciate being denied an extra serving of freshly squeezed juice even though it was available. We found it inconvenient that the hotel locked the front door when the staff had to step away from the front desk.
